Motor Range & Operation:

  • Available for motors ranging from 10 HP to 150 HP.
  • Equipped with an electrical interlock between the stator and rotor circuits, preventing motor startup unless all rotor resistances are in the circuit.

High-Grade Rotor Resistance:

  • Rotor resistances are made of premium resistance wires wound on ceramic tubes for durability and heat resistance.

Oil Dashpot Relays:

  • Overload protection through calibrated oil dashpot-type relays.
  • No-volt release trips the starter in case of power failure or low voltage.

High-Quality Contacts:

  • Contacts are made of electrolytic copper extrusions, silver-plated to prevent corrosion and pitting.
  • Self-aligning and replaceable contact tips ensure ease of maintenance.

Adjustable Magnetic Overloads:

  • Incorporates magnetic overload relays with oil dashpot for precise overload protection.
  • Time lag calibrated for 45 to 60 seconds to control the stator circuit.

Stator Circuit Protection:

  • Stator circuit contacts are electrically interlocked with the rotor circuit to ensure foolproof operation.
  • External push buttons control the stator contacts during motor startup.

Oil Break Contacts:

  • Oil break contacts with removable tips for easy maintenance.

Undervoltage Release:

  • Fitted in the stator circuit to trip the motor during low voltage conditions.

Maintenance-Friendly Design:

  • Oil level indicators on the tank to ensure proper filling and operation.
  • All internal working parts can be cleaned easily to avoid damage caused by carbon deposits or sludge.
  • Replaceable resistance set for damaged rotor resistances.
